Follow Up

I know our goal on this site isn't to stress each other out and badger one another, but there hasn't been a lot of activity on the blog of late, and I figured some healthy followup might be in order:

Shawna,
- Did you read that book I recommended? If so, I'd love to hear about it.
- How are you doing with remembering to take your pills? What method did you end up using?

Leah,
- How are you doing with your eating (especially while traveling for work)?
- How are you doing with your running? I don't believe you've posted anything about that goal on the blog, but perhaps you should.

Miya,
- How you doing with sleeping?

  1. Slave driver! I go out of town and you go blog crazy :)

    1) Eating -- not as good as I would like, but I'm doing OK. With this trip the most difficult thing has been to avoid over eating meals. I'm somewhere between an N and an S.

    2) I ran five miles for the first time last Wednesday morning. I went running Friday morning too. Maybe tomorrow?

  2. I didn't have time to finish the book before it was due back at the library. I'll have to check it out again. I am doing better with taking my pills...I make myself take my pills now before I get to eat.
    Now the only problem is making the time to eat breakfast some mornings!
