Hey family! First of all, my love to all of you and I am happy that you are interested in joining along with the family blog. It's been ages, but I think this a time for us to not only share where we are and how we are doing- both healthwise and just everyday life- as well as share tips and recipes along the way. Be sure to add tags to your posts to make it easier to follow your individual posts and to find some truly tasty recipes. Not everything on this blog has to be health related- be sure to share any of your favorite recipes (even the calorie-laden ones!) as well as anything else comes to mind.
