I was going to add this as a comment to Shawna's previous post, but felt that it might justify a post of it's own.
In response to the last line of the post, "I have absolutely zero will power," I couldn't help but think of this book that I ran into while serving my mission: "Willpower is not enough: Why we don't succeed at change."
Knowing how quickly certain members of our family can devour a book, I wouldn't think it too daunting for anyone interested to pick it up and give it a read.

Yeah! Our local library has it and its available....I'll pick it up on my way home. Given that its only 181 pages I don't think it should be too daunting.
