Sit down....yeah, you heard me right....you will want to sit when you see the number I am going to flash on the screen.

That is pounds kids....a much higher congregation than this temple needs and definately exceeding the "Maximum Capacity" levels.

Personal goal #1...lets start by getting those digits into the 200 range and then take it from there. I would love to do kickboxing but lets be realistic....that is NOT going to happen at this weight and with my back as bad as it is i'd be crawling out of the gym.....lets save that goal for the "now under 300 lbs" category. Luckily my cholesterol levels and blood pressure are still incredibly good for a gal my size....at least it never ceases to amaze my doctor when she looks in the chart and sees 128/82 listed.

Personal goal #2...pre-diabetes....lets kick that in the teeth and not let in step over the line to full blown adult onset diabetes.

Personal goal #3...not that anyone would challenge me to it....grow my hair out again :D

  2. Glad to have someone to share pre-diabetes frustration with. I have finally come to realize the sad truth: I need to eat only when I'm hungry, only as much as I'm hungry for, and only healthy food.

    I cracked this weekend at Girls Camp and had s'mores. (I love s'mores.) But I'm back on track again, and happy for the company.
